HDSE offers two Jumpstart packages to rapidly deploying and getting the most out of your software. Delivered either by HDSE or a HDSE Reseller Partner, HDSE JumpStart Programs combine the tasks necessary to install and deploy the software on your network, along with basic administrator training.
Basic Jumpstart
Basic Jumpstart package is fully remotely done and especially designed to help new customers to speed up their implementation or to assist customer product evaluation. The session is split in two sessions:
- Remote - Setup & basic Configuration Session: 4 hours
- Remote - Simplify administrator training: 2 x 2 hours

Extended Jumpstart
Extended Jumpstart package is designed to help new customers boost their productivity through professional assistance with initial set-up, configuration and knowledge transfer. The package is split into 3 sections:
- an Assessment Session,
- a Setup & Configuration Session and
- a Review & Documentation Session.
The following structure turned out to be an optimal segmentation:

Jumpstart sessions are delivered remotely or on customer site. Timelines are based on our best-practices and may be changed as agreed between HDSE consultant and the Customer.
