Remote Support

Remote Support can be divided in 2 basic methods.

The first method is to provide the Remote User with a session number and take over his screen/keyboard/mouse. You can take over his desktop and, if the remote user allows it, have full access to the registry and file system.

The second method is to install a service on a computer that listens to Remote Support requests. This is the easiest way to access other computers. Simply “point and click” to get access from anywhere to any computer that is connected to the Internet. And nobody needs to be behind the remote computer. This solution is perfect for administering computers on locations where nobody is physically present.

Desktop Sharing

Sharing your desktop is very convenient in situations where you want to show your desktop to your colleagues or you want to give on-line demonstrations to one or more persons. It saves travelling time and costs, nobody needs to travel anywhere. Just sit behind your computer and watch. And listen and talk of course, because with Voice over IP full two-way communication is possible. And when you record the session, playback on a later time is possible. There is no risk that the video is tampered with, because it is protected and is shown in its own player.
